In June 2012, uniPHARM & Medicine Centre Pharmacies Charitable Foundation (UMC Charity) proudly supported the 7th Annual PGA of BC Golf-a-Thon for ALS.

94 golf pros throughout BC lended their muscles to people who have lost the use of their own to ALS. They golfed from sunrise to sunset completing 13,442 holes at 34 courses and raised over $148,000 to date!
