When Michael Allen opened his 1,200-square-foot Ingram Clinic Pharmacy in Duncan in 1977, he lost no time completely renovating the Pharmacy, stocking it to the rafters with everything from first aid items, compression stockings, specialty braces, and a large selection of specialty medical equipment. His highly trained and knowledgeable staff including Pharmacists, Pharmacy technicians, and certified compression stocking fitters are always there to meet our customer's needs.
With unmistakable pride, Allen summarizes what this cornucopia of riches means to customers: “You visit my store and you’ll get consultation, you’ll get counseling, you’ll get all the answers to your questions and all the solutions you’ve been looking for.”
Like his long list of services, Allen believes there’s no such thing as having too many products. “Again, it’s our duty considering we’re located in a medical building and our customers drop by with all sorts of needs,” he says.
Accordingly, Ingram has a vast array of home health care items, products for asthma and diabetes sufferers, vitamins, supplements – with each and every product accompanied by the friendly advice and expertise of Allen’s colleagues.
Allen is bullish about the volume of services he provides. We offer a full service weight management program, 24 hour blood pressure monitoring service, free delivery service, as well as certified compression surgical stocking fitters. Compliance packaging for your medications, educational clinics, ostomy supplies, the outsourcing of specialty compounded preparations, and a Pharmacist to provide flu shots and other injections are other examples of services we supply.
Despite its small size, " it may be surprising how much we offer, but really it's our duty to be complete a pharmacy a possible," says Allen .
